Yet the implications are profound.

I can know that Jesus loves me independent of my feelings at any moment. Independent of the current situation or circumstances. Independent of what others are telling me.

How?

The Bible. It tells me that truth.

Do you believe the Bible to be true? Do you believe it to be without error? Do you know the main point of the Bible? Do you trust the Bible that we have today? Do you have a deep and urgent need to know the Bible so that you might better know God?
