Salted: Being High Sodium in a Low Sodium World

Christians are supposed to be salt and light, right? Haven't you heard that a time or two?

What exactly does it mean to be...salt?

Salt adds flavor. Salt preserves. Salt purifies. But a closer look into the Bible reveals that there's more to the metaphor than just adding flavor, or preserving, or purifying.

For five Sundays starting on August 7, we will be looking at some key passages of the Bible in order to discover more about this incredible substance, and how Jesus calls His followers to be radical agents of change in their world. You don't want to miss it!

(But if you have to, we will be uploading the messages on the website.)
